Femme Luxe Finery Collaboration Part 2

The kind team at Femme Lux Finery decided to let me choose more clothing to review which I am thrilled about as the last experience was successful and I also was keen to try a few more styles that had caught my eye the last time. I am genuinely impressed with the quality and service of this clothing store online. As I mentioned in my previous blog post, I want to add a little more variety to my current wardrobe contents. I guess we all go through phases when we want to refresh, recycle etc and this year I am adding more colour to what I would ordinarily go for.

Still in love with the Rose Bardot Cable Knit Over-sized Jumper and decided to pair it up with these comfy leggings which are so much more stylish than the black lycra leggings I usually wear.

Moving on to a favourite of mine, jump-suits. Once upon a time I just assumed they were suitable for tall women only but thankfully there is so much choice now even for shorter girls like me who adore the style. I just feel that they never go out of fashion and can really enhance your figure. Perfect for the weekend or whenever!

I am wearing Rust Cold Shoulder Long Sleeve Jumpsuit – Hattie

I think this has a little bit of 70s glam to it do you agree? I also don’t own any clothing in this burnt orange rust colour which I guess I would describe as autumnal. I love the style of this off shoulder cut and the neck design which really gives it a glam feel. Mark said I could appear in an episode of Columbo wearing this! also to mention that I am petite in height and size but this fitted pretty much ok. I only have a slight alteration to make which is the long sleeve which falls down a little too much on my body. Either that or I build up some arm muscle quick. I am really happy with the quality of this suit and the material is soft.

Revamp your style with a Knitted Jumper Dress. I own two jumper dresses and now I have this beautiful cream warm cosy dress which to be fair I definitely need this month as it has been chilly. This dress I feel would suit someone taller although I wore this out to a lunch with high-heeled boots. It’s soft knit so won’t scratch or itch. I guess you could also pair it up with trainers! For a style that’s winning and warm, you can’t go wrong.

I could go on and on about loungewear as this for me is the ultimate in comfort and great for those do nothing weekends that I love oh so much.  This Co Ords set is comfy and stretchy with soft cuffed joggers and a drawstring waist.  I also match with my husband and son now who have similar lounge attire! I would live in this daily if I could, comfort for me is key and I know that lounge wear sets are very popular so check out the range. All I want to do when I wear this is chill. Staying in is the new going out, right?

I would love to see a petite section offered by Femme Luxe Refinery, I have been impressed with the speed of the deliveries and the quality of the clothing not mention the fact that it is very reasonably priced. We all have our different tastes in what we would perhaps wear or not choose to wear but with so much offered these days online there’s no doubt we are spoilt for choice. Femme Luxe Refinery aim to offer the leading trends at the most affordable prices, on a global scale, with new styles published every week they are smashing prices internationally.

As I recently mentioned Instagram is one of my favourite social media platforms and one of the reasons why I love it is discovering the wonderful online shops that are appearing on my insta feed. I have always admired busy mothers who are able to start ventures and balance motherhood and I’m sure it takes a whole lot of guts, sweat and tears to achieve results. Recently while looking for clothes yes more clothes when I should in fact be looking for storage, I came across a new clothing business called hotMaMa and I started looking at the designs not realising they were nursing style tops!. They looked ever so pretty and stylish. I’m so pleased to share with you three of the designs from this fabulous line. So if you know anyone that is expecting who is possibly thinking about breastfeeding their baby I genuinely recommend taking a peek at the garments all which are manufactured in England.

I must start however with a little bit about business owner and stay at home mum Sophie who is the designer of these gorgeous stylish breastfeeding clothes. I applaud Sophie for showing that nursing clothes don’t have to be boring, frumpy and plain. These clothes are meant to be practical and noticeable with the wonderful fabric and designs all coming together to make a mama feel great. I breastfed Jay for two months and must admit I wasn’t too keen on the clothing that was out there at the time and just couldn’t find anything I liked which felt comfortable. I relied on High Street stores for nursing clothes but it goes to show that there is plenty of choice online when you come across the right brands.

Breastfeeding Long sleeved top in white with chevrons – £27.99

I love strong patterns and monochrome colours and this one is definitely eye-catching. The cotton and polyester material is machine washable and super soft.  The tops come in sizes 8-16. I have a size 10. The front breastfeeding panel doesn’t leave you feeling exposed! I’d still wear it whether or not I was breastfeeding!

Breastfeeding Long sleeved top in Cambridge bicycle – £27.99

This is top is again comfortable being a mix of cotton and polyester and has a fun bicycle print. I  associate the colour grey with clothing of a casual lounge around feel. This top feels much thicker than the chevrons.

Breastfeeding Kimono in navy florals – £39.99

This beautiful floral print is my favourite from the range. The garment feels very luxurious and thick and with its kinomo style sleeves gives a really stylish look. Breastfeeding is easy with the wrap front style. I can see this garment being worn at perhaps special events as opposed to daily wear but it would look great with jeans.

If you’re looking for great quality affordable clothing then head over to the website and check out all the wonderful designs on offer.
